That’s the "Million dollars question" I know a lot of you are waiting for an answer, a lot got fed up and sold their position and a lot are here blaming the "incompetent" management for NOT getting this project on the fast track and moving this project sooner to production.
I will tell you that 2008-2009 miners couldn't get any financing period - no matter what. The situation is still difficult but deals are still getting signed. The main question is it a good project? Good feasibility study? The market will develop a filter and pick only good viable projects.
If it’s the case other they will get financing one way or the other. Amid the volatility of junior minor some saw their share going from 2$ to 20 cents on the eve of an equity finance so they had to call it off, how are you going to gather equity financing based on a 20 cent SP without creating an infernal dilution? It’s NOT only TAM and if you think it is look around because you’re mistaken.
So far in TAM presentation we're still scheduled for Q2 of this year to start construction. Unless I'm a fortune teller I cannot tell you for sure that they got it or that they will very soon, as far as I know could announce it next week or NOT for the rest of this year. Just have a hunch and following a few leads that it’s going to be this year and I already mentioned the reasons.
I'm an investor just like you sitting on my TAM investment believing their project has value and one day it will get there, isn't that the most important thing to believe in the value of your investment?
What If it's NOT this year? Here I say everyone and I mean everyone is predicting a Zinc crunch. The Chinese are out there buying Zinc companies, for how long TAM's shares are going to stay under 0.20$? How long you think they’re NOT going to get financing?
As per M. Willett in the article I will provide the link to he mentioned: "We note that the above 5 companies are early stage, still in the exploration / development phase, with only Tamerlane Ventures and Canadian Zinc Corp as the only true stand-alone independent firms yet to find a suitable partner."
I invite you to read the following and you will have a better understanding of what I'm talking about.
