Financing

Suspect we will see a share for debt arrangement.

The short term financing that was initially approved was based upon what? What did the lender have to determine the risk in this financing ...?

The assurance that long term debt was around the corner.

Pretty sure that this type of arrangment has been on the block before so I suspect that this is nothing to new for them to deal with.

New share to cover debt @ this price and lower would depress share price even more because of low market kapitalization compared to debt. I saw this downward spiral of feedback loop many times.
