to boondoggle anyone, anyhow so they can collect on their 3% NSR.

Exactly.  Ms Piggy and The Rummy could care less if shareholders ever make a dime.  All they want is that outrageous 3% NSR that is creamed off the top for themselves.  All they want is Pine Point to get into production so their gravy train can start.  But unfortunately for them, nobody is buying their BS.  Every competent technical person who has signed on has abandoned
