RE: RE: Cheal C-1

RE: RE: Cheal C-1In the NR of June 23rd, it was stated that the Cheal C-1 was next to be tested.  With the Sidewinder well already a success, why would they kill the well and start perforating more zones?  I would guess that they will keep the other four zones behind the pipe and not compromise the well bore potentially.

The C-1 has the Moki at the bottom of the well and standard procedure is normally to begin at the bottom and work your way up.  If the Moki was to be uncommercial, all that would be required would be to set a cast iron bridge plug above the perf's and move up to the Mt. Messenger.

So, my seat of the pants theory is that since the 23rd, one or two days to rig down and move the rig to Cheal.   No big deal to move a pulling unit, FYI....not like a drilling rig.

Another day or two to prepare and test tubing, set a packer and perf the Moki....wash a little acid across the perfs and then get the hell out of the way, 'cause here she comes!

OK, so I tend to embellish a little!

Still the point is that one point three million shares have traded today already and someone wants in.
