TAG Oil Ltd. is a Canadian-based international oil and gas exploration company. The Company is focused on oil and gas exploration and development opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). In the Western Desert of Egypt, it is developing the unconventional heavy oil Abu Roash F (ARF) formation in the Badr oil field (BED-1). Uptown, remember this? Sold all then, now I get 15% more sManagement is telling you what is going on in EC.
They are the closest to news  and  they  are   taking  $4.40 per share.
Only reason to do that,  if news is good they would wait,   BUT   they
chose to take what they could from funders and use that money to engraciate themselves
over the next couple years.
Why take  $4.4  if in weeks  there would be so much more for the same dilution.
Only one answer fits,   EC is not  .....
