Benchmark a year ago, October 18, 2022, released a PEA that valued just the above ground resource at 939M. Year later they are expanding underground an initial resource of 500k. Ranch has multiple juicy hits and will in all likelehood publish at least as good a PEA next year. This whole package is now valued at 90K by the market..Totally nuts !!..less than 10% of old PEA for just one segment. My biggest fear is not on news coming into next year, but that a neighbor must be looking at his ridiculous situation and figuring this is to good to be true.
