The current developments suggest Newmont's senior Vice President for the exploration is excited about Plateau and strongly believes there is more to this story. Newmont owns the data collected during 2017 exploration season and sharing it with the investors would help shed some light on what is to come.
The low trading volume at the end of the tax loss season is self explanatory.
