I think there are likely already buyers lined up for LSIf Newmont came in with a JV on Plateau with essentially zero proven assets, surely a major is looking at LS and the proximity to the other successful White Gold district finds as a coveted asset. With this in mind, the GsR team is making it easy for a buyer/Jv to come in. They only have $2.5 million in cash, not going to get them far (perhaps I’m wrong). I would think It’s a buyout/jv or raise more money. The gsr team has proven they can get deals done.
