The way I see it, they had to get something done for this company to keep existing. But for the existing shareholders, that's all there is. Things need to go all absolutely right for us to be here several years from now. The new guys are taking a risk but their risk reward is better than what it is for us. I can't help but think that we'll struggle to break even which is a far cry from looking at a stock that could have been worth dollars. To me this is not even worth actively following anymore. I will check occassionally hoping I can pull some dough to invest elsewhere. I am just not seeing any negotiating power in the current financing.

Shoutout to PTK guys. Looks like more potential there than here.
