Background History: CarbonOne and TekmodoCarbonOne started trading on TSXV in July 2015 and acquired Tekmodo LLC in Oct 2016 after realizing the synergy between their advanced materials development and Tekmodo's active manufacturing lines. Tekmodo isn't some new company with an unproven business model. Elkhart, Indiana is Ground Zero for the US RV industry and Tekmodo (as a private LLC) has been actively selling to major RV, Bus, Boat and Commercial Truck manufacturers since at least 2012.
With CarbonOne's advanced materials development and Tekmodo's established sales channels, this new company won't be trading down here in the pennies very long.
