I'm pleased shareholders received an update...

I'm pleased shareholders received an update...Sounds promising....
Especially if they secure decent contracts....
Weeks away from knowing.
Crossed fingers.

Thankfully they're situated in the hub ( Indiana )  the so called Capital -  RV manufacturers.
They've superb management, in terms of knowledge base and former success that are atute in the RV sector.  Which could translate to a big plus, if each are still with connections to other RV industry manufacturers, ,a potential influence that coukd place them at an advantage.

I'm guessing, all this silence could be attributed to -
Tekmodo setting up shop, making things operational, tweaking and perfecting, and readying themselces, for the possibility of future contracts.

I'm guessing, their main manufacturing season begins in late summer - fall and through out winter, a premarket manufacturing, that prepares 2 seasons prior, to facilitate  high volume sales during the spring and summer seasonscof the following year ?

After all, most seasonal manufacturers run in off seasons to prepare for the influx of prime season sales for consumers... consumer cyclical.

If it were me ?
I'd prepare sample spectra boards already attached to a frame that is as same as industry standards to pitch the salecto potential customers. Why chance it - sending raw product to potential customers who could have employees that may be fearful of working with a new product and could have their own influence on key personnel that may ask for their feedback. I've seen it before, and as so, you'd be surprised ascto how companies can run with shop supervisors, or  warehouse employee opinions.  Introducing a new product that has all the positive features can sometimes be met resistance where one will least expect ... Hence, the pitch and sales of a new product must garner the fullest attention, and as so.... Why not assemble the product in a format that sells itself, a 4 x 6'. Demo sheet, with exterior and interior cut out view, that features how the product functions, how it attaches to metal frames and easily shows the benefits in example form, via... Seeing the actual skin attached to a wood or metal studs or frame, along with screen print captions showing or pointing out all the benefits.

Secondary measure ?
Knowing what potential customers use in specific siizes - asxper skin pannels, and custom cutting several pieces to allow for perfect fit and assembly, to accommodate the customer all the more and perhaps fscilitarecan easy assembly -' which could influence the production workers stance and opinion, via feedback to their supervisor.

Sounds all silly, but..
New products needs all the more attention - in order to squeeze into an industry that may perhaps have the mind set of .... We like... what we have now, it works, it aint broke so dont fix it....and we want to keep the status quo.

Heck, why not go after the largest potential contract, precut. all the panels to specifically fit one complete RV - so a finished product can be seen in an actual finished form -  and if all - precut,  it facilitates  an ease of assembly for production workers, all in plight to influence the sale of new industry product. Make a DVD at the same time -'for future prospectus sales?

Anyways...
Looks promising...
Just show me the contracts...lol

GRP Line

TekModo commenced pre-production trials of lightweight, high gloss Spectralite(TM) from the GRP gel coat manufacturing line on April 24, 2017. Spectralite(TM) is a high-gloss seamless exterior wall panel with automotive-grade surface optics, significant weight reduction and increased durability.

TekModo will be conducting production runs designed to optimize the system parameters, processing conditions and product performance over the coming weeks. Client evaluations are expected to begin in June, which, if successful and orders are received, will result in commercialization in August 2017.

If product testing is successful, TekModo will integrate Spectralite(TM) with the Company's proprietary Fortis substrate in order to provide the most advanced seamless sidewall skin system in the marketplace.

Other Product Lines

Roll Coater

TekModo operates a continuous 10' wide roll coater, which remains extremely unique to the market. The roll coater allows for the continuous lightweight Fortis composite substrate to be bonded directly to client-provided FRP exterior skins to produce one-piece, composite sidewall, roof, and/or front wraps and rear walls.

TekModo stands alone in the market place as the only company able to provide this unique to market solution. Market demand continues to remain strong and new customers and new opportunities continue to present themselves regularly.

Shear Line

A new 125" wide automated shear has been delivered and is being installed. This line will allow for the rapid production of sheets/or panels from coil stock. The shear has been designed to cut to size the vast array of composite materials produced, distributed, and processed by TekModo.

Lightweight Foam Panel Systems

TekModo has recently introduced an industry-first, design-engineered, lightweight polymer panel system. These panels serve as a direct replacement for plywood, adhesively laminated structures, and/or honeycomb composites. Targeted applications include roof, wall, slide-out floor, and main floor systems. Target markets include Commercial Vehicles, Marine, and RV applications. A wide array of surface options, panel thicknesses, and core densities will be offered to meet client-specific applications.

Benefits of this polymer panel system are:

10' width capability

Seamless system construct

Ubiquitous screw retention

Extreme chemical, and moisture resistance

Extreme weight reduction possibilities

Extreme durability and environmental resiliency

Decorative surface options available

Limited commercial programs have been initiated as part of a strategic rollout.
