Pursuant to a directors' resolution dated Feb. 28, 2017, Tekmodo Industries Inc. has consolidated its capital on the basis of 2.5 old shares for one new share. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the open on Monday, May 15, 2017, the common shares of Tekmodo Industries will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
Postconsolidation capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value, of which 57,949,903 shares are issued and outstanding
Escrow: 14,049,830 shares are subject to escrow
Transfer agent: TSX Trust Company
Trading symbol: TEK (unchanged)

My question is, how does the price reset, and what day or value will it be reset at ?
Is it an averaging of stock price or a one day calculation, of what ever the stock traded at last ?
Also, does this mean Tekmodo has news in the pipeline to bolster the stock on Monday as well, or soon after ? Hope so !

Let's see if this company can impress, and disrupt the market with their new RV products.
