RE:Rights Offering
RE:Rights OfferingIt sounds like you are trading the US ticker (TEKXF) via a US broker, so it may simply be that it takes longer for the rights offering election form to become available. I'm stateside as well (California) but I trade the TEK ticker directly via Interactive Brokers and the election form became effective in my account at 9:00am EST on 5/23. I had to access it through the brokerage account messaging system, so check the Message Center in your TD account for the Corporate Action communication. It should have a link or button to take you to the actual form you need to complete and submit online.
From there you just plug in the numbers. You have to subscribe for 100% of the basic units if you also want to enter an oversubscription amount. The maximum oversubscription units you can enter would be based on how much available cash you have in your account.

I trade with TD and I just called them and they have no news that this is happening. Their most recent news was the cancelation on May 16.
They said the rights will show up in my account and I will have the option to exercise my right to buy the shares at $0.015 when they do. Is that how it works? I've never been though a rights offering so I'm kinda confused on what I have to do to subscribe to my rights. If someone could help that would be great!
