RE:RE:Big day tomorrow When a rights offering is oversubscribed they apportion the shares/units based on each investor's existing ownership percentage. I requested a 1 Million unit oversubscription and am interested to see how many of those I actually receive. Far less than 1 Million I imagine, given the interest in TEK's offering.

I'll be happy with whatever I can get because all signs indicate this elevator is on its way up and we are getting in on the ground floor... hoping to get out at the penthouse suite.
