It's hard to tell what the stock was trading at pre-consolidation.. All the charts are messed up as many platforms show two consolidations due to the bungled one they announced, then called off. 

In any event, it's trading at 4.5 cents or so, which, when accounting for consolidation, is less than the 2 - 2.5 cent range (pre-consol) it had been trading for a few months. With good numbers, we could see this in the teens at least, is my hope. 40 cents is a stretch, but I wouldn't complain. 

The other thing to consider is the massive dilution as a result of the warrants. That's one of the main reasons I invested, as there was much to gain from participating in the rights offering, selling off the shares, and pocketing the warrants. As the warrants are exercisable at 6.25 cents, and those who participated received 1:1 share to warrant, there is a huge dilutive effect as the price rises above 6. So it will be hard for it to make huge gains without some phenomenal numbers, imo.
