Why do you think they dont sell at 4,5? because they simply

cant sell at 4,5 to buy in a PP at 5 and loose...! they want to be even. If they cant sold all thoses shares you will see the ask disapear in a flash and a news  of a PP real SOON, they need immediate financing....

they may be willing to take at $.005 loss in order to get a juicy warrant.
