For the past few days, I took a back seat, and quietly read the posts on this board.
Gauging each post, and seeing the vying amongst traders - go back and forth...
If i had to buy stock in a company based on vocab and intel... on this board... I'd run.
I asked myself.... What if this stock came back on scene based on one of the former press releases a share offering @ .15 cents and warrants @ .20 ?
The Answer ? Whether its .15 last share offering - Warrants .20 or the current insane pricing - and I guess it all depends on the traders preception, preference and how great their want, need, or desrie is ... wanting to invest in a company they either beleive in - or may not beleive in.
At the end of the day... Has anyone done any DD on this company ? - Yes.. website is up and running.
- Yes, there's the Composite Panneling ( very unique product )
- Yes, there's the Carbon rebar
- Yes.. there's the pellets - important material
- Yes, they're doing a consolo
- Yes, they're revamping their equiptment and shop
- Yes, they've done a financing
But... has anyone researched Carbon One - Asked themselves the questionm... what theyre worth in sales - is or could be worh ?
Are they're contracts and orders waiting to be filled ?
How about - TekModo - who are they, what do they sell, how big are they? What is they're product all about ?
What realtionship did CarbonOne and Tekmodo have prior to the almagimation ?
There's an interesting find.
What sort of interest have they commanded in the market and industry ?
Though the BELOW excerpt is from a 2015 write up on CarbonOne - AND - makes mention of TekModo - I personally find it very informative - giving great insight into each coompany, allowing one to better understand who they are, and what they're all about. Sounds to me each of these companies.. HAVE SME GREAT PRODUCTS - and forming an alliance - two companies thathave worked together - forming into one company = strength - TEKMODO - just may have the superb products - - many orther companies want - especially RV manufacturers - who seem to have shown great interest...
I guess... all this company needs to do is prove themselves.. and show investors the sincerity of their mission.
Is this company n their game ?
Can they .... - Complete a fast closing and consolo ?
Can they make it as painless as possible - wrap it up fast.. or will it drag ?
THEN... will they announce some incredible contracts ?
Will this stock be one of the very few - that rises after a consolo- and be that exceptional stock ? Again.. last share offering .15 cents Warrants @ .20 cents... Will this stock kick in gear and impress all ?
Will the company show updarted facilities ( pics ) and then... keep the pres sreleases rolling in... with contracts, more contracts, and many more contracts...
You know....
Show investors.. how great this - two businesses venture - ( Tekmodo ) now fromed into one - really is ... Time will tell... But, i think they'll have to close fast, and have many contracts to make up for the consol.. if they have this down pat.. then who know where this stock will rise ... Such products seem very saught after..
I like thier producits...
But, was the roll nessisary so soon ?
Better now, get it over with ... rather than later ?
What if the stock begins to rise .... Like what if the company presses contract news now.. and keeps pumping out news of contracts... How would the share price react - then ?
I think thet company has to show some love.. make up for the sudden consolo- and show shareholders just how great they are..
Which means... show everyone - the importance of their products... and more importantly - show big contracts - and show us the money.
The company should press a teaser - of what t expect... would be great about now...
If this composite panelling is the product - RV MANUFACTURERS LIKE AND WANT TO CONVERT TO - then.. this could be a superb stock.It could very well rise quickly.
