Rights Offering... When? Do it already!
This was announced on 3/15 and we're still waiting for it to be initiated. What's the hold-up? I've freed up a sizeable (for me) chunk of change that I want to drop into this, assuming they also offer an over-subscription option.
We know the share price. $0.015. What we don't yet know is the warrants price which will be "equal to the last closing price of the Company's common shares prior to the announcement of the Rights Offering."
Maybe they're going to issue news in hopes of boosting the SP before the Rights Offering? Hopefully not as I certainly wouldn't mind $0.025 warrants to go along with the $0.015 shares.
Announce it Monday!

Still no update. Maybe they do not cate about our shareholder's interest....

I called the company yesterday and left a message with John Proust. Nothing back yet but it was encouraging that the receptionist promptly answered the phone and transferred me to Proust. At least we know they are still in business and on site! jevs
