He is looking for LONG TERM investors and not people who are money flippers. Sabine May also told me that everything goes very well with the technology and that is absolutely no issue for DXD. It's the financial world that is attracted to bitcoin and Blockchain to make a lot of money in a fast way. So the pool of money is small.
So I think that DXD is going for a sweet deal for long term investors, not to much dilution, bring in the great news of the technology. and do another financing when the SP is much higher.

That said, many mistakes are made in the beginning and one of them is the collaboration with KNIGHT. They made a great deal for themselves with DXD from the very beginning. The money they have in DXD is like free money. So they don't care at all. Not a very good partner.
