AGM I can't travel to Toronto but I have some questions and remarks for the AGM November 28, 2017
1) We were told that Mr Swift ( 120.000$ a year for doing nothing) would resign. If that doesn't happen than it means an another slap in the DXD investor's faces.
2) I was told personnaly that Mr Rogers would resign at the end of November. I hope that is going to happen too.
Mr Swift and Mr Rogers are responsible for the terrible deal with KNIGHT. Be a man, confess, leave the company and move on. There is one problem with Mr Swift. When I am not mistaken Mr Swift was the personal friend of Sabine Mai, the great lady of DXD,and also the great shareholder of DXD. As long Mrs Mai keeps her hand over Mr Swift's head, he will continue to receive his big salary for doing nothing. And in fact doing nothing would even be O.K. But Swift and Rogers did do nothing but grand mistakes.
I ask all the investors to vote against Mr Swift and Mr Rogers.
I don't understand why Mr Flowerday doesn't stand up against Mr Swift and Mr Rogers. He is blamed for everything and he isn't reven responsible for the mistakes made by Mr Swift and Mr Rogers.
I hope that the investors and shareholders like Mrs Mai take a stand, get rid of those people and move DXD where it belongs with it's technology : A company with a great future.
Please share holders and investors, vote Mr Swift and Mr Rogers out. Enough is enough.
