zero cost. most countries will not let the wind power supplier use their own supply but romania does. so it will be difficult for others to find the same deal. romania has the top rated internet in europe for some reason too. also, one they pay the small amount of tax in romania, the rest of the revenue isn't taxed because it's a trust. 

it should be a cash machine if prices remain here.

way undervalued compared to hive imho.
