Science and tech sound, management not.

Science and tech sound, management not. Before venturing into this weed patch (pun intended), do your DD and, unless your into day or cycle penny stock trading, run away!

The techical staff (Prenner, Singh, etc.) and the majority of consultants who have developed the designs and prototypes to date for Flurotech/ABPhotonics are very competent in their areas of expertise. the CompleTest (no, had nothing to do with that moniker) prototypes after all won a number of awards.

That is probably the end of CompleTest though as it has outlived it's life as a promotional and money raising tool. The "FluroTest Pandemic Defense System" is looking to be just the next promotional tool.

If Flurotech is ever to bring any technical instrument/product to market, they will need to acquire an actual, competent CEO. Danny Dalla-Longa might be a former accountant, former politician and a promoter but CEO isn't in his skill set. His rants and tirades are almost legendary and the door at Flurotech is also one of those legendary revolving ones.

I have a good friend who invested in this company and I took zero pleasure in relating to him what I have learned over the years. Again, the tech seems solid but the execution falls short for a reason. I hope for my friends sake, the latest venture gets picked up by another company and he has a chance to get some of his investment back. Then again, I don't generally believe in lotteries as an investment tool and this has has a lower chance of return.

I currently do not have any shares in this company and I am not an insider. I only know disgruntled people that do. These are just my informed opinions and anyone reading this should definitely do significant due diligence.
