RE:CHINAWell, I'd say this is a self-serving thing for the Director but nothing else. TGH had already implemented prodn and sales to NA of the cheaper parts from China for TGH's own Hydrovacs...I don't get how this moves ANYTHING forward regarding China prodn. Hey, this planned China prodn (between Jianghuoi and Tornada Chine (which now seems to be Tornado Asia!) was consummated in late 2018. It was meant to lead to China-based prodn of Tornado's hydrovacs to not just China but the whole World. Thy also had supposedly an arrangement with Daquing Tech to develop the market in China...where does any of this stand and how does this Agency arrangement push any of this forward. This is like a snail which not only moves slowly but meanders all over the place with no real explanation for its behaviour. We need a real update.
