Takeover target?

TGH has to be a takeover target and the ideal candidate is Toro that owns Ditch Witch.
A $1.00 per share price would seem to be fair.

Ditch Witch is pretty big in the trench excavation business and Hydrovacs would be a great addition to their lineup.

Lets hope for an offer.
