Re: Cordillera Tiger Gold Resources Inc 2nd Renewal EP006 Cordillera Region
Dear Attny Uykieng:
Thank you for your letter dated July 18th, 2018, regarding the renewal of EP006 Cordillera
Region which was address to Dennis Francisco. The July 18th letter has not been
received at our Baguio office so our staff was not aware of your communication After
Secretary Roy A. Cimatu announced that EPs would be issued, your office responded to
my request for a file status by emailing the July 18th letter.
Your letter is puzzling since all requirements, including the four items that you identify in
your letter, were identified and satisfied in 2016. I was present when we lodged the
renewal application for EP006 Cordillera Region, and the four items, and more, were
addressed at that time.
In 2016 we submitted the 2nd renewal application for EP006 Cordillera Region, we
received a request for further information to which we responded, and we received your
letter of request for the renewal fee, and the fee was paid. We received the unsigned letter
of renewal which we signed and returned to Central Office, and anticipated that it would
be countersigned and delivered to our Baguio office.
In the past, the customary procedure for an EP renewal required a submission, and a
response to any deficiencies that were identified by staff. After satisfying any deficiencies
Central Office would write and ask for payment of the renewal fee, and after receipt of the
renewal fee the EP renewal would follow. In the case of EP006 Cordillera Region, the
renewal form was sent for our signature, as is customary. We signed the renewal and

returned it to Central office. The countersigned form was not received by us due to the
freeze imposed on applications, we assume.
As it stands, we believe:
a) Cordillera Tiger Gold Resources has met all requirements for the second renewal;
b) That the renewal was processed, fees paid, and approved by Central Office in
2016, and the final renewal letter issued;
c) That Cordillera Tiger signed the final renewal letter and returned it to the Central
Office but no countersigned letter was received in return
We now respectfully ask that the Central Office review its files and locate the renewal
letter and sign and send it to us as an urgency matter. We have the Community waiting,
and workers inquiring, and we wish to proceed with the work program, as approved. We
ask that a copy be emailed to 26981@att.net .
