If anyone can find a lawyer willing to take on this case as a class action, it wouldn't cost shareholders one cent.  Class action lawsuit fees are based on a percentage of the overall award--generally law firms will not take on a case unless there is a high probability of winning and they also look at the cash till ---i.e., whether the company has the financial means to pay.  LNS is a very large company with deep pockets.
