RE:RE:shareholder class actionI hate to burst your bubble but the defendant in that particular case is True North Gems and the plaintiff is Greenland Ventures and yes, they did provide for the liability in the most recent f/s. Nothing new there.

By the way, anyone can initiate a class action lawsuit, but it always looks better if its the person who has lost a significant amount of money initiating the process.   It also takes time for the law firm to do its due diligence and then notify shareholders of their decision to proceed with the class action.  I've seen some firms take as long as 6 months. We shouldn't wait very long or hope that TNG will do it because we might run out time.  The two year statue of limitation period for the class action would begin from the bankruptcy date.
