RE:FIA is horny for halts !!!which is funny, since there was no halt before the news of EU approval, with a future sale of 100K kits.

Not sure what decisions are made to constitute a halt, but I suspect the company must've thought this news qualified.  Halt or not, the clock is ticking and time marches on.  Approvals coming next; with ideally partners who want to buy.

I'm very positive on this.
