RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New York Is Open!! I haven't seen anyone mention on any board that the current situation is like a war. I would argue otherwise that someone with a runny nose now will want to test to confirm it's not Covid-19.
Society has changed and people's behaviour before and during Covid has also changed. The stigma associated with someone being infected with covid is quite real. I think many people would stay clear of anyone who's coughing even tho it may not be Covid.
It is much less risk for large organizations to supply a covid test to their staff/patrons etc than risk the spread. What people like you fail to realize is covid-19 is far more potent than your average flu.
You and everyone here is entitled to their opinion as this is a free public forum. To suggest this past year and the thousands of people who have perished is not real... well for lack of a better term that's simply stupid.

Anyone constantly online reading about sick people are going to start thinking it's everywhere when it's not. Testing is decreasing rapidly and people who are vaccinated aren't going to be running for a test every time they have a runny noise. We're already seeing no testing required at sporting events and concerts. Just reality.
