RE:Trying to Understand....Smokey - Health Canada is a political, slow moving beast. However, the testing that was done in the Brazil clinical studies were submitted to HC for adjudication.
They are just super slow.
We are banking on FDA approval way before HC gets their act in gear. Yes, AcuVid is a unique first test for the FDA, and certainly for HC. Why they won't speed up something like this for approval? Who knows. Maybe a change in the election this Sep may spark more rapid approvals of meaningful, CANADIAN products.
But unless I am mistaken, THRM has applied to HC. We also await feed back from that.
