Submission to HC. Reply to BoudiEven if this was accurate there is a posted schedule from HC-- this was submitted to meet the cutoff date in middle of July when the HC panel meets. Presumably at that time a decision is made to include or to bounce back to applicant with questions and resubmit assuming application is not fundamentally flawed
