RE:RE:This weekso this is outside of Therma's control? I guess you know for a fact that they actually submitted a formal, well written, accurate and comprensive application to both FDA & HC? Outside of Rob's words and his own releases we dont even know 100% that any submission occurred or that we actually did get a response. Nothing on the hC website that shows all pending applications but for some reason is not showing Therma...nothing anywhere on the FDA website. I like most would love to be proven wrong here but numbers and the market doesnt lie...too many false claims and peculiar actions leave the market guessing...and guessing isnt where you want to be. It's too late to get out so like most I will go down with the ship...but not happy about it.
