If you are referring to me as a basher, that is incorrect.  I own shares and want to see this move upwards, since I had some previous losses. The fact that the Venture exchange approved their transaction, is essentially automatic. I've never seen them not approve any such arrangements.   I believe my questions are valid, as a share holder wanting to know more - Why 5 cent warrants?
