These are the Investors I feel sorry for:

" the Company will issue 20,000,000 Common Shares (or Common Share equivalents) and Warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 20,000,000 Common Shares at a purchase price of CAD$0.30 per Common Share and associated Warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase Common Shares at an exercise price of CAD$0.375 per Common Share for a period of five years following the issuance date."

The Stock dropped like a rock right after that announcement, they'll never see their money again.  But Rob banked 6 million dollars to blow on himself.


  • The company will use the proceeds for general working capital purposes

I also feel for all the companies that were paid in shares versus cash for their recevables...i think that Rob is on a slippery slope...the retail folks like us have no chance but its those that were paid in shares that will make noise...or atleast should
