RE:RE:January presentation baystock1 ,
I know you are at the wind up, but would reitirate what
austrochris has just pointed out.
The deposit is open and drill holes have finished with mineralisation (amongst the best grades/widths in Africa).
The underground deposit has only been scratched at. The company in my opinion has made a smart move and are going to generate cash first, then no doubt will increase the resource over the coming years.
There is scope for similar deposits, and currently the company is investigating large Gold anomolies that are walking distance from the main pit.
The areas in our three projects are very large and are in prolific areas for big deposits.
You mention the 80% Central Hounde that Barrick can earn.
That type of arrangement has not done any harm to the likes of Greatland Gold on the LSE.
It only owns 25% of its Havieron project in its arrangement with Newcrest Mining and currently the Market Cap is 1 Billion GBP after a meteoric rise in just two years.
I think this company is not very well known yet and if anyone is wary it probably is mostly to do with the current sixe of resource. However, when we look back in 2 or 3 years time I think it will be the smart money that got in at this stage of the game.
