Upcoming AGM

Upcoming AGMHappy New Year. Hope all had a good Holiday! I see the AGM postponed for a month this year, I think this is the first time I have seen this. I hope it is relative to the timing of a deal? I am not too concerned with the price of oil for this investment, companies like CNQ, SU, they don't budget on the monthly price of oil, they budget on oils past history and trends. If we look at that past trends the last few decades, oil will rebound. Plus it will take 2 years for a facility to be built anyway. If they had it built already, the $20 a barrel that TIC can recover the bitumen fom the waste would have helped their bottom lines.........I am concerned somewhat with Nelson. If he is an "operational" guy, why hasn't he brought a retired oil exec or expert in negotations to help move this forward in a more timely fashion?? That is what he is paid for, and a very nice salary at that! I have been in this years, if there is no deal by the AGM, I think Nelson has to go. Just my opinion, not privy to any other info that everyone else knows, just tired of his no news, hurry up and wait attitude.  bubbs
