Construction was supposed to start in the last quarter of 2018. Now it says 2019. Also their producton timeline stretches into 2021-2022? The new VOC rules, and all the carbon taxes will be in force long before that. This is my favourite stock ever. Yet every time I think this is it... at last! They find a way to kick the can down the road so they can issue themselves some more stock options.
This tech is important. The earth needs this tech, and it is disruptive. Get on with it. No really. Get on with it. We needed this tech ten years ago since it has been financially viable. This pays for itself just in oil alone. So why hold off to get a few M$ in grants when the plant could have churned out a B$ by now. Get the plant built, and make improvements to incorporate into the new plants at the other sites. This lost decade is morally and environmentally inexcusable.

Rachel Notley is 100 percent done. I live in four McMurray and somehow I still haven't met one person has admitted voting for her. There will be no more carbon tax and I don't think Justin will get reelected either. So I said bye-bye carbon tax.
