New management team which includes some pretty heavy hitters.  The technology is proven.  Next step is a commercial agreement with CNRL and other companies on how to divy up the spoils from applying the technology to the effluent of oil sands plants and extracting bitumen, solven, zirconium, titanium and other good stuff.  These guys have the wherewithall to reach an agreement and find the several billion dollars required to move into production at CNRL sites and those of other companies.   In the best case scenario, the numbers are eye-polling.   Moving toward the best case scenario moves the SP.
