Hmmmm

HmmmmAre management options available to vote? When I looked at what was filed on SEDAR outside of options they have 17,272,145 votes excluding Kizan's 31,217,500 votes and options. I assume since the IFFCO group has a member on the current board that he has pledged their vote for this deal? Don't see a filing but assume this. BTW I guess I can assume why the current group own limited common shares and have nice option incentives....... Along with using money for a share buyback over the last 18 months to insulate themselves further ... the options benefits will be a nice reward when they swindle the cash, company and growth away from shareholders. This whole thing is appalling.
