RE:Voting or changing to Yellow proxy still possibleNothing happened with Point 72.They moved on. Nothing happened with Kizan (IFFCO) Holding and nothing outside of an off take agreement on a property that currently won't be developed. Bullrun starts buying in and all of a sudden management is trying to deliver a growth strategy and target Primasea. ( looking for a way to dilute and seize total voting control) Market hates the deal. Bullrun takes the opportunity to push back and deliver a different strategy. I am not fond of what has happened but I also understand you don't lay all your cards out on table for other players to see until your ready. I have placed my votes with Bullrun based on Managements total lack of delivering anything concrete in 3 years of spending at Bayovar. Management claim to be experts on Potash/Phosphates and dumped cash into a project they now want to dump and sidetrack shareholders with Primasea. I hope Bullrun see a path and can replace Management.
