Reasoning why this is an Alberta Court intervention? Is it simply because they couldn't switch the AGM to Toronto because the fiscal year had Calgary as HQ? Anyone have a crystal ball and can tell me how much all of this is going to cost shareholders? None of this creates the growth we were sold....
