Iffco senior management corruption

Iffco is a India fertilizer company and owns 11% of Growmax.  They have been uncooperative with Growmax management and refused to sell their stock or to escrow it as required by the Exchange on the change of business application.Look at these corruption charges against their management. Growmax has decided to issue 20M shares at $.065 to dilute Iffco to less then 10% and negate any needs for Growmax to cooperate with management,
