GROWMAX PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

GrowMax Resources Corp. is providing this update in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange policies.

On Feb. 25, 2021, the company purchased 200,000 common shares of Beyond Medical Technologies Inc. for a total cost of $40,000. On March 1, 2021, the company purchased an additional 100,000 common shares of Beyond Medical for a total cost of $24,000. Beyond Medical is an industrial/technology company with a manufacturing facility located in Delta, B.C. It is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol DOCT.
