Malhi takes 18M shares at $.065

I know this deal has been stuck trying to get back to trade after the management changes...but I am heartened with the following:

-Salaries are reasonable
-Cash has been deployed into ohter listed start ups  and the company states they have had succesful exits
-Net assets per share have grown
-Management,mostly Malhi family has a big position in this with over 20% interest and a recent purchase of 18M shares at $.065...their interests are very much aligned with shareholders.

The only negativeon this deal is IFFCO and they own 9.9% of the stock.  There have been corruption scandals at IFFCO and they are an unnow as to how they will dump their stock when we come back to trade.  They own approx 23M shares.

Iffco management was charged with corruption and they are left over from previous Growmax management.  I am going to put in stink bids around $.03 and hope that IFFCO dumps into it, and we clear that out and move up quickly after that.

Rajiv Saxena, who has been named as an accused in the case registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation against the managing director and chief executive officer of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) and others, is also being probed in the AgustaWestland case.

Accused of having facilitated transfer of kickback money in the VVIP chopper deal case, Mr. Saxena was brought to India from Dubai on board a special plane in January 2019. He had been operating from the United Arab Emirates for the past over two decades. In July 2017, the Enforcement Directorate had arrested his wife Shivani on money laundering charge.

Yes, I agree. I am hoping that once they get trading again, the market will realize the change from a fertilizer company to an asset management company.  Would also like to see a return of capital, as they are well cashed. Also, they don't attribute any value to their previous fertilizer assets. I wonder if they've written them off completely or sold them, but can't find any ...more

Why do you only post on stocks involving makhi and not a single fact but only slander. Do you know who was running Wpn before makhi ousted them this winter? Get some facts to post before you slander people

Do you have balls to call him and tell that to him?  Why not call and tell him how he is screwing you...if you dont like his stocks, why are you posting on ALL of his deals...with slander and innuendos that may get you in trouble with civil action..Stockhouse posters cant hide slander behind user names..courts can give orders to identify slanderous posters

So why are you following him around if you are not invested in his deals or like his management style.  Are you pissed of employee who was terminated.  I just don't understand what your motivation is

Maybe you can post your real id and not hide behind your user id. That would save the companies from getting a court order to identify you and addressing your slander. You can't be a shareholder  i almost think this might be someone associated to Robert Delamar or Stockwell Day who destroyed first responder and tried to merge with AirbeAm at ridiculous valuation and malhi et al kicked ...more
