Well my fellow suffering shareholders, here we are again another year another do nothing in terms of incremental improvement of geological/mining value and credibility for Tinka Resources.

From Dr Graham Carman and his fellow Board of Directors (BofD)  we have another year of collecting salary and submitting expense accounts and not much else.

So I just voted to withhold my vote for the entire slate of ineffective salary consumers.

Last year I really had hoped for post AGM was a meaningful breakdown of 1) total number of eligible votes  2) number of votes actually cast  3) number of votes for and 4) number of votes against 5)number of votes held by the existing B of Ds

A clear break down of those numbers would be meaningful and probably also indicate the current Bof D can vote for themselves.  But that is probably not what the BoD's would want to issue publically as it would lead to questions and perhaps accountability.

Is it true that the former disgraced stock broker now turned stock promoter who screwed the company a few years back is constantly complaining on this board about the management team that replaced him?! Do you still hold shares or do you hang around just to spite management?

The disgraced broker sold his Tinka shares back in Oct. 2016. (TK:TSX.V; TLD:FSE; TKRFF:OTCPK) from the portfolio on the basis of valuation ($45M market cap), He sold at .20

Abdomen - that "disgraced broker" put clients into TK in early 2010 at a dime - then financed the Ayawilca discovery. I hang around out of amusement at how novice investors can get fleeced by the Aussies that are masters at it.

Nope a private investor who is upset by poor management which has sunk my share value. Ab consider posting comments based on assessment of data and stock (management) performance More drill holes does not change inability to manage mine development and promote/obtain market financial backing Each financing is at successively lower price - maybe you should think why this is happening
