RBC seller with quite a few shares. I picked up 80K today and will free up some cash and get some more tomorrow. Cash + loan = $0.465 with no debt. Bri-chem owns the loan and they are in turn around mode. 1* sales + cash + loan = $0.59 with revenues moving up.

I agree that this looks cheap on a balance sheet basis and I admire their old-fashioned approach to keeping the balance sheet in conservative good order. Much like Galvanic Applied Sciences (which had some of the same top people) from its publicly-traded days pre-2013.
