It will be interesting in a week or so when those who sold look back. The SP will be up and they'll think to themselves "I can't believe I sold that. There was a ton of oil there, a new technology to unlock it, and vertical producers in the area! - It was completely obvious. Too bad I didn't trust myself. Oh well, chance of a lifetime, I'll get the next one, and get a great walker and gold plated diapers.."
Better to use hindsight now than later.
