I usually get nervous when I see I big chunk of shares sold to insiders at prices way below the SP. Check the 09 Annual Report... Dec 14th 2009 Private Placement of over 43 million shares at .075 cents. Whoever owns  this is currently dumping shares to help pay for for martinis on their new Gulfstream.

The smart money is always way ahead of the herd. My feeling is that if there is 6 bil barrels under their feet why isnt this thing trading at at least 3 to 4 dollars. Maybe the smart money knows that  they cant pull it out of the ground at a profit?
