New data about 4601 will show acting on Ras but before Raf is a good way to shut down Ras-MAPK.
Erasing any doubt about that. Braf ain't the only option here.
Interesting to see what combination TLN has been testing for. This element will tell us how 4601 will perform on it's own in GBM. Adding another inhbitor = telling the addition impact vs. one sole impact of 4601.
With that, we can better see how GBM cells will react.
232 another jem... TLN is saying unlike inducing cell death (re regulating cells so that they can die all by themselves), 232 actually kills cancer cells without asking question. Could be even better than anything we are currently exited about in 4601
I guess PII trial is going very well.
4601 Imaging is due in Q2...
TLN doesn't seem to think that trial will end early...
