End games -
I wrote 6 months ago that a typical strategic review was to last about 6 months.
And it's going to end soon (days or weeks).
Also, I wrote that expression of interest was a takeover offer. Which we now know (listen to last conference call at 3:45).
Again recent event confirmed my initial assessment.
Now, I did not expect TLN to showcase more scientific data. It did so. I did not expect combination potential of the compound as a dual therapy. Now we know.
Also, the sexy part of 4601 was KRAS effectiveness. Now, we have 4 more untreatable mutations covered by this drug.
That's beyond awesome.
M&A trend is also supporting TLN, as more oncology companies have been taken over and the first PII company sold for 500M last week.
The only remaining "unknown" is take over price.
I think it is very safe to say that it will be higher than 0,50$.

A surprise Shigamabs deal is possible
A surprise sale of 20% stake in Caprion is also possible
A surprise hostile take over is probably very possible
And of course, positive interim GBM data released in about 2-3 months.
